Man strangles two sisters to death

Police official said 25-year-old Shahid, a resident of Diyalgarh, was suspicious of his sisters’ characters

A man strangled his two sisters to death in the precincts of Nishatabad police station on Friday.

A police official said 25-year-old Shahid, a resident of Diyalgarh, was suspicious of his sisters’ characters.

On the day of the incident, the accused took his sisters to an isolated place and strangled them.

Later, he dumped the bodies in a field and informed his father Allah Ditta about the murder. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to Allied Hospital for legal formalities.

The police registered a case against Shahid on the complaint of victim’s grandfather Rehmat.

Earlier, a man was strangled to death in Sargodha. Farmer Aslam Malah had an argument with his neighbour Nawaz Minhas over a petty issue. In a bid to take revenge, Nawaz strangled Aslam to death when he was working at his farmhouse.
