Tribal dispute: One man killed, one injured
The injured was taken to Civil hospital.
SHIKARPUR:
A former councillor, Asif Shah, was killed, while Wazeer Ali Arain was injured in firing near Tabib Shah Bukhari’s shrine in Khanpur on Tuesday evening. The men were travelling on a motorcycle from Jumo Goth to Khanpur when armed men, believed to be from the Jatoi tribe, opened fire at them. The injured was taken to Civil hospital. The police believe the men were killed over a dispute between the Jatoi and Arain tribes.
