The Population Census Organisation has appointed Noor Ahmed Laghari as the Census Commissioner of Sindh, said Sindh Chief Secretary Abdul Subhan Memon on Monday.
He said that the Sindh government had released Rs160 million to pay for the house count. All DPOs of the Sindh police have assured they would provide maximum security to the census teams.
