On priority basis: FESCO vows to resolve power issue

Faulty electricity transformers were also replaced on priority to ensure power supply to consumers

SARGODHA: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) CEO Rashid Ahmed Aslam on Saturday said the company was taking prompt actions to resolve consumers' problems on priority basis.

He said the problems of rural areas related to electricity were being given priority.

"Every complaint from urban or rural areas is being redressed without any discrimination," the CEO added. He said a normal complaint of a fault was being resolved within 24 hours. Complaint about damaged electricity poles and loose wires in the company's areas were also being resolved, he added. He said faulty electricity transformers were also replaced on priority to ensure power supply to consumers.
