These pictures from the cockpit of a 747 will leave you awestruck

This incredible image contains three mesmerising sights - the Northern Lights, a slow sunrise and the twinkling Milky Way. It was taken over far northern Russia during a night flight from Luxembourg to Komatsu, Japan, said Van Heijst, from the first officer's seat of a Boeing 747-8 cockpit.
This couple got married on Mount Everest and the pictures are breathtaking
"Seeing the entire world is my job, I feel privileged to be in a position to capture many different parts of the planet through my camera and immortalise the beauty of the places I visit," he said while speaking to Daily Mail.

Van Heijst said of this picture: "A beautiful sunset during a quiet moment over the Yukon, flying from Anchorage to Chicago. My colleague is quietly reading his magazine while we cruise into the night."
This eye-catching image shows a full moon over the snow-covered landscape of Canada, with Toronto just up ahead.
This amazing picture was taken over the Bering Strait between Russia and Alaska, with a full moon shining down on thick clouds.
