Benazir assassination case: Culprits have confessed: Shah

Sindh CM says all culprits involved in assassination have been arrested and they have confessed to their crime.

LARKANA: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that all culprits involved in the 2007 assassination of former premier and PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto have been arrested and they have confessed to their crime.

He said that Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik will brief the PPP Central Executive Committee in this regard.

The chief minister said that President Asif Ali Zardari has sent a reference to the Supreme Court seeking reopening of the case of ‘judicial murder’ of ZAB.

He added that they had some evidences in the case which they would present in the apex court.
