Bilateral ties: Pakistan, China strategic partners: PM

PM says Pak-China friendship reflection of close relations between leadership and peoples of the two countries.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani said on Saturday that Pakistan-China friendship was a reflection of the close relations between the leadership and the peoples of the two countries.

The 60 years of close bilateral ties have witnessed strengthening of relations to the level of dependable strategic partnership which will be mutually beneficial for the peoples of the two countries, he added.

The prime minister was talking to Pakistan’s Ambassador in Beijing Masood Khan, who called on him at the PM House on Saturday.

He directed the ambassador to ensure that his forthcoming visit to China in May was thoroughly prepared to make it result-oriented.
