Distance learning: Students to obtain Masters from home

SUKKUR: The University of Sindh has announced a distance-learning programme for their MA Economics degree, starting May 2011. Students must have a Bachelors degree with at least 45 per cent marks to be eligible to apply. Forms are available at branches of Habib Bank Limited and the deadline for submission is April 30. Accepted candidates will be required to deposit their fees by May 25, which is when classes will start. This is the first time that the University of Sindh is offering a distance-learning programme with the aim of converting all degree programmes to distance learning by 2013.
