Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

As much as you value close relationships, at home, with friends, family and even colleagues, when your views differ, it can be a problem. Not only is that the case now, those minor issues could be blowing up into a major drama. Actually, difficult as it seems, compromise is the only solution.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

As a Taurus, you thrive in a stable environment and, as a result, do all you can to avoid disruptive changes. Yet positive and powerful as the current link between Saturn and the inventive Uranus may be, the events it triggers will, inevitably, be as sudden as, ultimately, they are thrilling.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

There’ve been many times in the past when you’ve made a promise or commitment, usually without checking out the facts, only to find you needed to rethink everything. It’s the same now, except you’ll have problems extricating yourself from certain arrangements. Knowing that, steer clear of these from the outset.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Certain individuals seem to have an almost magical touch, an ability to say or suggest something that will lead to an amazing encounter, experience, idea or offer. You know who they are. When they make suggestions, act on them, and right away. The results won’t just be good, they’ll be extraordinary.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Being a fire sign, you tend to think and act swiftly. Consequently, when you say you need to think about something, it usually means you’re trying to avoid the matter entirely. While at times that makes sense, you’re urged to plunge into the ideas or offers currently coming your way. You’ll never regret it.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Between the Sun moving to accent the structure of your life on Saturday and the New Moon, on the 25th, bringing a fresh perspective on even familiar arrangements, you’re in the midst of a period of review. What you learn will confirm certain of these need to be rethought, if not radically altered.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

The link between your ruler Venus and the planet of good fortune, Jupiter, may promise wonderful things will be coming your way. However, that doesn’t mean you’ll recognise their potential, at least right away. That being the case, for now, say no to nothing. What’s best may be what’s least expected.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Although you rarely think about it, you’re not only reluctant to make sudden changes, you often actually battle them. Do that now, and you’ll only complicate events that, while disruptive in the short term will, ultimately, turn out to be nothing short of miraculous. Don’t fight these. Go with the flow.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

The irony of the current spectacular alliance between Saturn, which is positioned in Sagittarius, and Uranus, planet of innovation, is that you won’t necessarily recognise how beneficial the events this triggers will be, at least initially. That being the case, show interest in everything, knowing you can finalise plans later.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

No matter how exciting the ideas or offers being discussed are, you’re alarmed by the lack of detail. Actually, that’s as it should be, especially with your ruler Saturn powerfully allied with Uranus, which is all about the new and unexpected. For now, focus on the big picture. Those details can wait.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

Long ago you learnt that pointless clashes over differences are best avoided by sidestepping the issue entirely. While often that’s worked, currently, you’ve no choice but to discuss these matters. What you say isn’t just crucial, it will shape others’ views. That being the case, be as frank and forthright as possible.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Few things are more upsetting than the realisation that arrangements and alliances that have been part of your life for ages must change, and radically, or perhaps go. Yet, admittedly, this is timely, especially because these have become predictable and, time spent involved with them, more of a duty than a pleasure.
