Fruit juices are a great way to recharge in the summer; they replenish the salts and minerals lost in the heat, as well as hydrate. Lemon is definitely a favourite of the season. But you don’t have to stick to the same old recipe. You can add more fruits and herbs to the drink and make it all the more exciting and refreshing.

Rosemary-Infused Cucumber Lemonade
An ideal vegetable for summer, cucumbers are packed with health benefits. They are a good source of Vitamin A, a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium. What’s more is that cucumbers are 95.2 per cent water and make very refreshing lemonade. This herb infused recipe uses rosemary, along with lemons and agave syrup. If you can’t find agave syrup you can substitute it with honey.
