According to a statement issued by the bureau, the reference had been filed against PHA Foundation’s former chief executive officer Rasul Bux Phulpoto, ex-administration director Riaz Ahmed, former deputy director Abid Saeed.
The anti-corruption watchdog had noted that the PHA Foundation advertised for 238 posts from BPS-1 to 18 in 2011. Subsequently, the foundation recruited 194 officers in 2012 in violation of the Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) Service Rules, 2011.
