UBL inaugurates third contact centre

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's Best Bank 2016, UBL has recently inaugurated it latest Contact Centre in Islamabad. Located in the G6 area of Islamabad, this centre is UBL's third contact centre, which will provide the customers with different banking facilities. With a capacity of 130 seats, the centre has facilities of inbound, telesales call bank meal room and social media. UBL President and CEO Wajahat Hussain inaugurated the centre. UBL Deputy CEO Sima Kamil and other bank executives were also present on the occasion. The visiting group was given a detailed tour of the centre as to how the contact centre can emerge as a popular centre. The group was also given a special tour where they observed the work of the team.
