Hindi Medium trailer: Saba Qamar gives Irrfan Khan a run for his money

Pakistani diva Saba Qamar is all set to mark her debut in Bollywood with none other than Irrfan Khan in Saket Chaudry directorial Hindi Medium.

It is a lighthearted romantic film about a young couple in Chandni Chowk, who aspire to move into society’s upper crust.

The movie's first trailer is finally out and it is hilarious and packed with dapper tidbits from the movie!



In the trailer, Saba delivers a noteworthy performance opposite the Life of Pie star and might we say, she actually dominates the celebrated star in terms of acting and expressions!

Here is the first look of the Lahore se Aagay star in the trailer of her Bollywood debut:

With seamless dialogue delivery and just the right amount of sass, Saba is seen essaying the epitome of a hyper-excited wife.

With her heartfelt wish to educate their only daughter in an English medium school, the trailer is chock full of hysterical scenes featuring Saba and Irrfan as a typical Asian couple.

However, in this romantic-comedy, seems like things will take a turn for the worst as the couple go to every limit to fulfill their wish of educating their daughter in a well-reputed school. So much so, that they will leave their comfortable life for a middle class way of living.

Unlike some Pakistani actors, Saba is standing tall with her co-star, giving Irrfan pretty much a run for his money in the trailer.
