Clashes at PU: Academic staff condemns violence
The Punjab University Academic Staff Association condemns the recent clashes

The Punjab University Academic Staff Association has condemned the recent clashes between two student groups that left dozens of people injured. The organisation has requested the varsity administration that all internal and external elements involved should be exposed as they have seriously damaged academic and research activities at the university. The association also demanded that such elements should be punished severely so that such clashes were not repeated in the future. “We ensure the teachers’ community that nobody would be allowed to disrupt the peaceful environment of the university,” a statement issued by the PUASA read.
