MIRPUR:
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir High Court (AJK-HC) on Friday accepted a petition filed by a candidate, reportedly declared successful for the post of Section Officer, but later dropped by Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (AJK-PSC) during its selection and examination process conducted in 2015. AJK-HC Justice Azhar Salim Babar of ordered for issuing notice to the defendants including the AJK-PSC to respond the petition by March 20, next date for proceeding of the case.
