Kingston took to this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) event to announce its highest capacity USB flash drive that is capable of storing up to 2TB of data. However, it doesn’t come cheap.
The portable storage drive cost a massive $2,273 and more than $1,000 for 1TB of storage which is relatively very expensive given that Samsung’s SSD drive with the same capacity costs just $800.

Kingston DT Ultimate GT comes in a zinc-alloy casing for improved durability and uses a USB 3.1 adapter as opposed to the newer USB C. It also features read and write speeds upwards of 200Mbps which is adequate its massive storage capacity.
Luckily for some, Kingston’s is now available at a promo price of $1,625 which is a 28% discount from the original retail price.
