Technological reforms: ‘VESS vital to ascertain water quality’

It will help boost agro produce in the district

SARGODHA: New technologies like Vertical Electrical Sounding Survey (VESS), is being used to ascertain underground water quality. It will help boost agro produce in the district.

This was said by Agriculture Regional Director Faheem Ahmed on Sunday. He advised the farmers to apply VESS technology before tubewell boring for agriculture purposes. He said it will help ascertain quality of underground water adding, water quality was low which eventually affects the agri fields.
