QUETTA: Police have arrested 10 foreigners as part of a clampdown on people without legal documents, Deputy Inspector General of police in Quetta Abdul Razzaq Cheema said on Saturday.

Cases have been registered against them under the Foreigners Act, he said. Police officials are also checking hostels, guest rooms and other places on daily basis for people without legal documents.

Cheema added that the owners of the hostels have been warned not to allow any foreigners without legal documents to stay in their rooms.
