Three young men who used fake money to buy petrol were caught

The Islamabad Police have arrested three youngsters and recovered fake currency with face value of Rs70,000 from them, a police spokesman said. He said that three young men came in a car to a filling station at Service Road in Koral police area and asked to fill the petrol tank. In return, they gave a note of Rs1000 to a pump employee, which was found to be counterfeit. The staffers held the car’s occupants and informed the Koral police. Tarnol SHO Inspector Qasim Niazi and his team arrived and checked the car. They found fake currency notes totaling around Rs70,000 from Abdullah, Kaleem, and Saad Khalid. They have been booked and further investigation is under way. Meanwhile, Aabpara police recovered a 32-bore pistol from Adnan Masih, while Kohsar police nabbed Osama Javed and Atif Aslam for possession of a dagger and 560 grams of hashish, respectively. Shalimar police arrested two people for having a total of 290 grams of hashish.  Nilore police arrested Abid and Aamir for their alleged involvement in a theft case.
