Beautification of chowks: Officials asked to prepare feasibility

MULTAN: Deputy Commissioner Nadir Chathha directed officials concerned to prepare a feasibility report to beautify different chowks of the city to promote tourism. Talking to members of the Walled City project team, he said the city has good potential to attract tourists not only from country but also abroad also. Multan is over 5,000 years old city and has a good number of historical buildings. Earlier, the officials informed him about pace of “Rung Doo Multan” campaign in which different buildings are being coloured to beautify the city. He directed them to colour buildings of the interior city.
