It's raining in Karachi and no one can handle it

Karachiites take to Twitter as the metropolis receives its first winter rain

Karachi received its first spell of winter rain on Friday and temperatures dropped in the metropolis by three degrees Celsius during the day.

Rain-deprived Karachiites appeared to make the most of the weather as many made their way to Sea View while others thronged shops selling fried food items at Boat Basin, Hussainabad Food Street, Burnes Road and other popular food streets. Undeterred by the rain, hundreds also visited the ongoing Karachi EAT festival 2017.

However, whether it is power outages, flooded streets, congested traffic, or just the excitement -- Karachi cannot handle rain. Here are some tweets which prove it:
