Former Indian opener Virendar Sehwag, who has built a reputation for trolling people on Twitter, became a victim of one of his own jokes.

The 38-year-old wanted to tag Emirates Airlines in a funny tweet and tell them to not allow his doppleganger to board the flight instead of him. However, karma struck and he accidentally tagged Emirates 24/7, an online news site, in the tweet.

Meanwhile, Emirates airline was quick to respond to the former right-hand batsman and said "we've got your back". They also tagged the real picture of Sehwag.

People who love Sehwag's wit and humour on Twitter then jumped in to have some fun.
