Unification Bloc rejects Chief Minister's offer

Sources say Sharif offered almost 8 ministries to the Bloc following the cabinet's expansion.

ISLAMABAD:
The Unification Bloc has rejected the offer of Ministries made by Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif but pledged to support the Punjab government in their full capacity.

The Chief Minister met with a delegation of the Unification Bloc, who shared their grievances with him.

Sharif also reportedly assured the delegation that resignations from the chairpersons of the Standing Committees will be taken back.

The delegation of the Unification Bloc held detailed discussions on the division of ministries and the Punajb Assembly session to be held on March 11.
