It had earlier been reported that Karan Johar would be launching Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara in a film opposite Hrithik Roshan.
The news had come as shocker to many given how Sara reportedly walked out of Karan's project after a tiff between him and Sara's mother Amrita Singh.
However, a recent report by India Today suggests that she will not be debuting opposite the Krrish star. According to the publication, Sara will be making her film debut opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son Aryan who is said to have been promised a Bollywood debut by Karan.

The director has asked Sara to wait a little longer as he is planning something big. "She is back on-board, but with a bigger and better project, after the differences have been ironed out. She will be the leading lady of Karan Malhotra's comedy film, a first-of-its-kind journey," said a source.

Journalist Rajeev Masand guessed that the upcoming project might also star Aryan, but of course, only after he completes his studies in Los Angeles.
Speaking of star kids making film debuts, buzz has it that the Hindi remake of Marathi blockbuster Sairat will see Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan starring with Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi. The remake will reportedly be co-produced by Karan and Zee TV.
