‘Ibc on wheels’: Facilitating customers at doorstep

Aimed at facilitating consumers at their doorstep, K-Electric is employing its mobile vans at multiple locations in Karachi on a regular basis. Over 5,000 consumers have already availed this facility. This first of its kind initiative by any utility in Pakistan aims to facilitate consumers at their doorsteps for their various requests and queries through mobile vans. K-Electric consumers are now able to make on-spot payments, making the ‘IBC on Wheels’ a one-stop shop for customers. “We are constantly innovating the way we engage with our customers,” said the K-Electric spokesperson. “Our IBC on Wheels are not only resolving complaints but will now also offer on-spot and instant bill payment facilities along with documentation process for new low-cost connections.”
