Abrarul Haq’s medical varsity notified

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has recognised Sahara Medical and Dental College, Narowal. Despite being an initiative of famous singer Abrarul Haq, the college got its registration with PMDC after many years and several inspections and rectification of its shortcomings. Sahara College has been added in the list of PMDC recognised institutions list on the council’s website. As per decision of PMDC and notification of the Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination (NHSR&C) the college is registered for the session 2016-2017. The college is allowed to admit only 100 students for MBBS only. The attached teaching hospital of the college is Sugra Shafi Medical Complex, Narowal.
