KARACHI: The paramilitary force claimed on Monday to have arrested at least 16 suspects during different targeted raids and operations in the metropolis. Raids and operations were conducted in parts of Shah Faisal Colony, New Karachi, Malir, Orangi and Gulshan-e-Iqbal and a Rangers spokesperson said that 11 alleged criminals were arrested. The suspects include alleged kidnappers, two target killers , two militants, three robbers and a Lyari-based gangster. Separately, the Rangers apprehended five suspects during snap-checking in three different localities, including Malir, Jamshed Town and Gulshan-e- Iqbal, while weapons were also recovered from their possession.
