Counter-terror ops: Three ‘militants’, five ‘facilitators’ arrested

SHABQADAR:
Security forces on Tuesday arrested five alleged facilitators of militants – including three women – and three militants of Afghan origin in two different operations in Tangi and Shabqadar tehsils.
A police official at the Mandani police station confirmed the arrest of three suspected militants – Imdad Ullah, Hashim Khan and Muhammad Nabi – in Mandani area of Tangi tehsil.
They have been shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
Moreover, five alleged facilitators of militants were rounded up in a raid on a house in Sro Kali area of Shabqadar tehsil.
The women included a mother and her daughter, a security official said. Later, the men namely Sarhad and Kamil were released.
