Hayat directed the motorway police to use all available resources to ensure safety of road users.
“Through your impartial and fair conduct, you bring good name not only to your institutions but also to the country,” said the inspector-general, while addressing the awards ceremony here at the NHMP headquartres.
The officials who received commendation certificates include SPO Mehmood Ali, SPO Kamran Latif, SPO Saqib Waheed, SPO Muhammad Asad, SPO Shahida Yasmin and Orderly Muhammad Nazir.
