Unknown motive: Two booked for firing at official’s car

The police have registered a case

RAWALPINDI: The airport police have booked two persons for allegedly firing at a revenue official’s car. Farasat Ali, a tehsildar and a resident of the Airport area, lodged a complaint with the local police stating that he was returning home after work when two masked motorcyclists intercepted him and opened fire at his car. According to the complainant, the attackers also threatened to kill him before they left. The police have registered a case.
