Medical treatment: Couple seeks financial assistance

The boy is the only son of his parents who are helpless given their financial status

GUJAR KHAN: A couple has appealed for financial assistance for their nine-year-old son for his heart surgery as they are unable to afford the cost of his treatment.

Muhammad Ibrahim, a resident of Gujar Khan, has a hole in his heart since birth.

His health is getting worse with each passing day.

The boy is the only son of his parents who are helpless given their financial status.

Ibrahim’s father, Muhammad Tayyab, works on a daily-wage and earns little.

Ibrahim’s mother, while talking to The Express Tribune has appealed to the philanthropists and the government to support them to save the life of their child.

She said that it was very painful for them to see their son suffer.

The doctors have told the parents that they will need Rs300,000 for Ibrahim’s surgery.
