A man was killed on the road by a speeding truck within the Tarnol police jurisdiction. Ghulam Qadir, a resident of Chaudry Hotel area on GT Road, lodged a complaint with the local police stating that while his brother, Gul Amir, was crossing a road when a speeding truck (LES-7876) driven by Muhammad Ashraf ran over him and fled the scene. The police have registered a case.
