Twitter introduces special hashtags for 70th Independence Day celebrations

Hashtags include animation of a crescent, star and Minar-e-Pakistan

On the eve of Pakistan's 70th Independence Day, it seems that the popular microblogging website, Twitter, has also caught the national fervour. The widely-used portal introduced on Saturday special hashtags on the country's red-letter day, showing crescent, star and national monument Minar-e-Pakistan.



A green crescent and start along with  Minar-e-Pakistan appears with the following hashtags



Pakistanis are rejoicing and using these amazing hashtags to celebrate the Independence Day.
