ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad Police have impounded 212 motorcycles and five vehicles, which were being driven without registration documents in the capital.
Police also arrested 21 suspects in various areas of the city, a police spokesperson said on Monday.
During the search operation in various areas of the city, security officials apprehended 15 suspects, while 22 professional alms-seekers were also arrested.
Meanwhile, Nilore police nabbed Mehmood for allegedly being in possession of 115 grams of heroin, while Ramna police arrested Abdul Rehman for his alleged involvement in a theft case.
Koral police arrested four persons including two women from Ghauri Town Phase-V for their alleged involvement in “immoral activities”.
Cases have been registered against the accused and investigations are underway.
