The Pakistan cricket team, who is currently on tour of England after a gap of five years, visited English Premier League club Manchester United’s home ground on Wednesday.

Pictures released by Pakistan Cricket Team official Facebook fan page showed players, including captain Misbahul Haq, opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez, left-arm fast-bowler Wahab Riaz, and ODI captain Azhar Ali, visiting the Theater of Dreams with their families, coach Micky Arthur, team manager Intikhab Alam and other supporting staff on the invitation of one of the biggest football clubs in the country.

Yasir falls to fifth in ICC Test rankings

The visit comes after Misbah’s men suffered a humiliating defeat in the second Test by 330 runs, which means the four match series now hangs in the balance.

The Green Caps are scheduled to face county side Worcestershire in a two-day practice game which will begin on Friday, before facing hosts for the all important third Test which will begin on August 3 at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

Dr. Ashraf Kh | 7 years ago | Reply @Aam Admi Please don’t be critical on green shirts. At least they are enjoying with their families and it happen all over world, as national team enjoys free time with their families. You should be thankful they are not with their girl friends, like our neighboring country players. And what are you talking about “Tax Money”…. if you don’t know, Pakistani nation hardly pay less than 1% tax annually. This is their hard earned money, let them enjoy.
