In Lahore, Aiman Jeet Kour, daughter of Attar Singh, did the Sikh community proud by scoring 1047 marks in her matriculation exams. Kour is the niece of Sardar Bishan Singh, former president of the Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee. “This is the highest anyone from our community in Lahore has scored,” a family friend said.
