Animal rescue: Cat rescued from water tanker

RAWALPINDI: A cat which fell into a tank in Rawalpindi was rescued and reunited with its kittens on Saturday.

Rescue 1122 told The Express Tribune that the stray cat was on the roof of a house when it fell into the water tanker. The owner of the house informed the rescue service, and their team succeeded in retrieving the cat after about 30 minutes of efforts. The cat was released nearby after getting a basic check up.
