Police on Monday arrested brother of a proclaimed offender for allegedly helping him escape. Police said that the proclaimed offender, Rab Nawaz, a resident of Arain, Chakwal District was being provided refuge by his brother Muhammad Mukhtar in his house. Police officials said that when they raided Mukhtar’s house to arrest Nawaz, he helped his brother escape. A case was also registered at Saddar Police Station.
