Accompanied by party officials, the PTI chief met Sabri’s mother, his brother and children, and paid his condolences on the tragic death. The qawwal maestro was shot dead by armed motorcyclists in Karachi’s Liaquatabad area on June 22.
The 45-year-old artist was travelling from his home to a television studio to attend an iftar transmission, when a motorcycle pulled up alongside his white coloured Honda Civic and the two riders opened fire, according to police.
