Development Project: Nisar assesses Welfare City

Nisar said that work on the establishment of a 500-bed hospital was underway in Taxila

Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Saturday took an aerial view of the Welfare City project. Earlier, he listened to the problems of local people and gave directions for the solution of their problems. He also gave directions for preparing the feasibility report of a modern park in order to provide recreational facilities to the people. He also announced that a 100-bed hospital will be built in Kallar Syedan. He said that work on the establishment of a 500-bed hospital was underway in Taxila, while 850 kanals of land had been retrieved from land mafia in Chaklala, where graveyard, place for funeral prayer,650-bed hospital, park and stadium would be constructed. He also announced to build 2.5 kilometer road in name of late Muhammad Irshad.
