A man threw acid on his younger brother in a Garth police precinct on Monday during an argument about who would get to use the cell phone charger first. Police said Shafaqat Ali, a resident of Chak 541, Kunjwani, had got into an argument with his younger sibling Sharafat Ali over who would use the cell phone charger first. He splashed acid on Sharafat Ali’s face and fled.
