Mobile internet services suspended in parts of FATA

SHABQADAR: Mobile internet services have been suspended in most parts of the tribal belt, including Bajaur, Mohmand and certain areas of Khyber agencies over the past week.

Residents have repeatedly complained regarding the non-availability of 3G and 4G LET services in their areas. However, the relevant authorities have remained tight-lipped on the issue.

Noor Shad Khan, a resident of Mohmand Agency, told The Express Tribune services were suspended from Wednesday last week and no reason has been disclosed for this.

“People are suffering due to the suspension of internet services,” Noor said.
