Quarrying: Explosives seized from stone crusher

Taxila police raided a stone crusher plant at Margalla Hills on Friday and recovered 60 explosive sticks, 800-metre safety fuse and 40 detonators, which the owner was intending to use for blasting and quarrying. Taxila Police Sub Divisional Officer Sajid Gondal said the raid was carried out at Plant-IV in the area. He said that a case has been registered against the owner under the 4/5 explosive act and an investigation is under way.
