ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory Administration (ICTA) arrested two shopkeepers and fined 201 others for overpricing food items and selling substandard edibles. Since the start of Ramazan, the ICTA have imposed fines of Rs2, 468,400 on 1,320 shopkeepers, stall holders and managers.
