Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of the capital police has arrested four proclaimed offenders wanted to police for stealing 50,000 litres of crude oil from a tanker.
Sources in the police department told The Express Tribune on Monday that Tahir Muhammad, Yousaf Khan, Muhammad Naveed and Munawar Khan were booked by the Sabzi Mandi police for theft.
The police also said that the suspects, during the initial investigation confessed to the crime.
