Better hygiene: NGO renovates toilets in 12 schools

All school toilets that were renovated were located in schools of the most neglected areas

PESHAWAR: The United Rural Development Organization, a nonprofit entity, has renovated toilets in 12 government primary schools for boys and girls in Nowshera. The initiative was completed with help from the Direct Aid Support Programme of the Australian High Commission in Islamabad. All school toilets that were renovated were located in schools of the most neglected, deprived and far-flung areas of the district, a press release issued on Sunday stated.
