PM Nawaz to stop by in Makkah, Madina

Sources told that the PM is recovering fast and hopefully he will be allowed to travel in a week or two

ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is likely to return to Pakistan after Eidul Fitr, as he plans to spend the last ten days of Ramazan in Makkah and Madina, sources said.

“Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who has shifted to his residence from the hospital after successful open heart surgery in London, intends to perform Umrah and offer prayers of thanks for recovery from illness,” a source close to the Sharif family told Daily Express on the condition of anonymity.

He said that the PM has expressed his intention to stop by in Saudi Arabia on his way back from London, but all this is subject to the clearance from his doctors.


Sources said that the prime minister is recovering fast and hopefully he will be allowed to travel in week or two.

Sources told that the PM is recovering fast and hopefully he will be allowed to travel in a week or two. “The other reason of not coming to Pakistan directly and proceeding to Saudi Arabia is that the premier wants to spend remaining days of the Holy Month in the Kingdom and take rest there,” the source said.
