Six days after his successful open heart surgery at the Harley Street Clinic in London, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was discharged from the hospital Monday.

According to Express News, the prime minister left the hospital for his house in the British capital.

Premier’s son Hussain Nawaz earlier said the prime minister’s health condition had improved and his blood reports were encouraging.

Tweeting on her personal handle on Monday, daughter Maryam Nawaz added her father’s doctors were satisfied with the progress and latest medical reports.

The PM was shifted to his private room from the intensive care unit (ICU) at the medical facility.

He underwent open heart surgery on May 31, 2016, in the British capital – his second cardiac procedure in five years.

The doctors have advised the premier to continue taking rest for another week and a half, Hussain said, adding the prime minister takes a walk every hour [as part of the recovery].

During his absence, the federal government unveiled Rs800 billion development budget, an amount Rs100 billion higher than last year.

Allah ka Shukar he is recovering well. Well enough to be discharged from the hospital. However, the AWAM is not ready to discharge him from the Panama Papers leak, until such time he provides a transparent account and explanation as to how his children were able to buy luxury properties in England, when they were minors.Recommend

I’m not a doctor but I’m truly surprised. A man whose chest was cut open and bones broken to reach the heart – Can he be so fit in less than a week to be walking and climbing down stairs like a healthy person?

Would heart sugeons care to comment here please.Recommend

I seek refuge in Almighty from the evils of yellow journalists whispering to misguide the public. In this case they say the operation wasn’t done. Recommend

Big Mistake Mian Saheb. Most decent and reputed hospital only discharge patient on wheelchair even after minor surgery. It is hospital policy and not an option. This man had heart surgery and hospital is letting him walk out on his own only after days in this manner is unbelievable. As they say there is no such thing as a perfect crime. There are always some clues left behind.Recommend

Does the Pakistan’s law permit transfer of foreign exchange of black money? We would like to know whether the funds he used to buy the London house was declared money for tax purposes.Recommend

It is all fake. Its a gesture to gain sympathy from public so that public should forget about Panama Leaks. We are so unfortunate nation that we are being ruled by such actors…. Recommend

Looks like he is walking out of a restaurant and not from a hospital after an open heart surgery. The second pictures also raise doubts !Recommend

You’ve said it Sir. I wish to know the name of the Magician Surgeon and the name of this wonder “Clinic”. Looks as if Nawaz Sharif is coming out of a gym!
Why no official communique from some official? Why so much secrecy? Old habits die hard. Is this another Dhandli?Recommend
