Balochistan CM: CPEC opened ‘avenues of investment’

The Ambassador evinced interest in investment opportunities and advised the chief minister to visit European countries

QUETTA: The projects of Economic Corridor are opening new avenues for investment in Balochistan, according to Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri. He said this during a meeting with Ambassador of Czech Republic, Jan Fury. The CM said, “Balochistan is richest province in natural resources and investment opportunities are present in several sectors, and the provincial government activated the Board of Investment.” He also told the envoy that the Law and order situation in the province has improved. The Ambassador evinced interest in investment opportunities and advised the chief minister to visit European countries with a delegation. He also promised that Czech Republic will provide complete assistance to the visiting delegation. He said, “European Union is providing aid to Balochistan for healthcare, education and other developmental purposes.”
