Well played: Sports festival concludes in Parachinar
More than hundred teams from Fata and K-P participated in different games during the event
PARACHINAR:
A 12-day sports festival concluded in Parachinar on Tuesday. More than hundred teams from Fata and K-P participated in different games during the event. While speaking to journalists, political administration official of Kurram Agency, Shahid Ali Khan, said, “It is the first-ever sports activity in the tribal area which is held with the government’s support. I hope such activities will continue to be organised in future to eliminate extremism and militancy from the area.” At the end of the competition, Shahid Khan and FATA Sports Officer Amjad Ali presented medals and a trophy to the winning team.
